How to Make a Payment

  • Choose the Option to Pay using Mobile Money/Card
  • Choose your method of Payment
    Mobile Money (Airtel, MTN and Zamtel). Card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Enter Card or Mobile Money details 
  • CLICK "BACK TO MERCHANT STORE" after a successful transaction.
    Please not If you dont click back to "merchant store" the app will not confirm that your transaction was successful.
  • Complete your transaction by pressing "OK"

How to Deposit

  • Navigate to "My Wallet"
  • Click on "Wallet Recharge"
  • Enter your deposit amount and description.
  • Choose your preferred method
    Mobile Money (Airtel, MTN and Zamtel). Card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Enter Card or Mobile Money details 
  • CLICK "BACK TO MERCHANT STORE" after a successful transaction.
    Please not If you dont click back to "merchant store" the app will not confirm that your transaction was successful.
  • Complete your transaction by pressing "OK"

How to Make a Payment

  • Navigate to my Wallet
  • Click on the "Withdraw" Button.
  • Enter your withdraw amount.
    The amount should not be greater than the wallet balance.
  • Process the withdraw.
    Your mobile money wallet will be credited instantly. Prime will automatically credit the mobile number used when creating the account, Make sure the number you are using to sign up with Prime is Mobile Money active.
  • Complete your transaction by pressing "OK"
